Manzanillo and Mission Olive Fruit.

It is olive fruit harvest time in the Central Valley in the Peoples Demokratic Republic Kalifornia.
Olive fruit needs to be Table olives are harvested as mature green fruit. Mission and Manzanillo Olives that are processed for olive oil are harvested when the fruit is turning color.
Mission and Manzanillo olives produce the same tasting table olive fruit, however Mission olive oil is getting the highest awards for olive oil flavor and character. Our favorite pure Mission Olive oil is without a doubt Chapel Hill Olive Oil. Our favorite Manzanillo blended olive oil and D&V Farms.

Sevillano Olive Fruit


It is olive fruit harvest time in the Central Valley in the Peoples Demokratic Republik Kalifornia.

Olives are harvested as mature large green fruit. Olives that are processed for olive oil are harvested when the fruit is turning color, however Sevillano olive fruit is not suitable for olive oil production due to its low oil content and premium price as a table fruit.
Sevillano olive trees produce the some of highest quality tasting table olive fruit of any of the table fruit olive trees.
The Sevillano olives are curred as green pitted fruit or pitted and stuffed with garlic, peppers, blue cheese and other tasty treats.
